Weekend Free Islands Rampage!
I’ll be updating one panel at least once an hour all night until I finish this story or get too sleepy!

Sorry this one took so long. Despite the size and simplicity of these, there’s a lot of artistic experimentation that goes in to each one as I play around with creating everything digitally.
The Free Islands is my new webcomic project. It’s an experiment in creating a story using Tumblr, as well as a chance for me to experiment with different styles of artwork and to tell a story without having to worry about things like panel placement and page layout and established chronology.
I’m taking a break now from the main Clockworks comic, and will focus for now on the Free Islands. The plan is to update one new panel every week day. Some days might just be a scribble and some words, but the plan is to have something every day.
The Free Islands will feature some characters you’ve seen before, as well as some characters who will show up in the main Clockworks story line later. I hope you enjoy it. See you tomorrow for the first panel.
